How long does it take?

Most claims are settled in 12 – 16 weeks, so you can expect your payout in only 3 – 4 months time.

Does this involve solicitors?

No – all negotiations take place directly with the supplier and the courts are not involved.

We are only pointing out unintentional billing errors that your water provider is only too happy to rectify.

Is this suitable for any club?

However, a site visit only takes a short amount of time and you’ll hardly know our professional investigators are even there!

What do I need to make a claim?

All you need to start a claim is a copy of a bill from your water company. We’ll also need your authority to act on your behalf. We send you the letter of authority for you to sign and return. After that you don’t need to do anything, and we will handle the negotiations and keep you informed.
